About the Role
In January 2025, we will begin recruiting three Engineering Managers to join IAR in Uppsala.
For the last two years, the Engineering organization in Uppsala, Sweden, has grown a lot and we are about to strengthen it with more leaders. You will become an integral part of the company’s success as you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable, long-term technical solutions. Your work will be performed in tight cooperation with Engineering managers both in Uppsala and in Cambridge, UK.
Confident in your leadership, you know how to guide your team and foster collaboration and ensuring that everyone works towards a common goal. You possess enough technical understanding to support your team effectively, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions. Ideally, you come from a background in the software development industry, with a solid focus on embedded development, and are ready to leverage your experience to drive success in a dynamic, international environment.
