Nocom wins new hosting contract

Acrobe Consulting AB has signed a three-year contract with Nocom for hosting of Acrobe's in-house-developed Acrobe Security Manager, ASM. Hosting will be provided at Nocom's modern hosting center in Solna, Sweden. "Outsourcing the hosting of our production environment was a necessary and cost-effective alternative for us," says Joakim Johansson, Acrobe. "Nocom was the obvious choice due to the stringent demands we place on accessibility and security." Acrobe's new service ASM provides companies with customized information on threats and vulnerabilities. ASM filters and reports vulnerabilities that match the customer's profile and gives advice on how problems can be corrected. The service provides, among other things, access to links to patches from software suppliers. With ASM, companies can also obtain an external analysis of their IT environments so as to control systems and identify outside threats.
