Nocom steps up venture in travel and transport industry

Nocom acquires AeroHosting management consultancy Nocom AB (publ), listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange O list, has acquired AeroHosting AB, a management consultancy specializing in the travel and transport industry. The acquisition boosts Nocom's position in the travel industry and supplements its organization and its offering of solid management and operational expertise. Founded in 1995, Stockholm-based AeroHosting has an annual turnover of around SEK 5 million. AeroHosting provides qualified consultancy services in the areas of infrastructure, marketing, revenue management, IT strategy and technology. AeroHosting's customers include Swedish governmental offices and authorities as well as hotels, shipping companies, airlines and railway companies. The company's employees have extensive experience of the travel and transport industry, having occupied different positions on the Board of Directors as well as in management and IT, market and analysis departments. The acquisition marks a crucial step in Nocom's venture into the travel and transport industry, with AeroHosting providing the company with additional expertise in the area.
