Nocom Liquidates Investments in Pharmaceutical Portal Pharma Interactive declared Bankrupt Pharma Interactive CGS AB was formed in 1999 and developed a Web based decision support system for medical doctors who prescribe medication and contains, among other things, a module for electronic prescriptions. The company has had Sweden and Finland as its primary market. The principal owners are two risk capital companies. Nocom's holdings in the company amount to 19 percent. The Board of Directors of Pharma Interactive has filed for bankruptcy, today, as the conditions for running the business have radically deteriorated, which in turn, has made any further financing impossible. This means that the booked value of Nocom's shares in Pharma Interactive CGS AB, SEK M 7, will be written off entirely. The loss will burden the net financial income for the first quarter of the year.
