Nocom broadens collaboration with FöreningsSparbanken
FöreningsSparbanken selects WebTrends to analyze its websites Nocom has signed a contract with FöreningsSparbanken concerning the WebTrends software application. The deal encompasses software licenses for the analysis of traffic on FöreningsSparbanken’s websites and one year of support and maintenance services. The bank’s website, foreningssparbanken.se, is one of Sweden’s ten most visited*) and the aim is to improve both site navigation and availability. FöreningsSparbanken is ahead of the game in the development of its websites, and is a forerunner in the individual customization of information. The bank’s website includes special sections for young people, among others, and even an option for people with functional disorders to customize their experience, to increase legibility, for example. The bank will now analyze the traffic on all 26 of its web servers, encompassing the bank’s intranet, external website, and Internet bank, as well as the website of mutual fund firm Robur. The analysis results will be used to further develop the websites, in terms of user-friendliness as well as technical performance and operational reliability. The goal is to make things easier for users – external corporate and private customers – as well as the bank’s employees. “WebTrends leads the way in development within web analysis and invests much energy in measuring the commercial advantages of websites. FöreningsSparbanken can now improve its websites and increase their availability,” says Anders Vallenfjord, Sales Manager Sweden at Nocom. “This provides better returns on investments in both infrastructure and marketing.” For more information, please contact: Anders Vallenfjord Sales Manager Sweden, Nocom cell: +46 708 65 10 43 e-mail: anders.vallenfjord@nocom.se *) according to Nielsen NetRating, February 2004
