Infinigate Holding AG acquires Nocom Security Nordic

Infinigate, a leading value added distributor of IT security solutions in Europe, has expanded its market to include Scandinavia through the acquisition of Nocom Security Nordic.

Nocom Security is one of the leading IT security value added distributors in Scandinavia, with 36 employees in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Nocom Security has established a strong Scandinavian presence among suppliers, resellers and partners. Nocom Security and Infinigate have a well matched product portfolio and will quickly realize synergies under a joint strategy.
