Stefan Skarin, CEO and Board Member in IAR Systems Group AB (publ) aquired 81,000 B shares in IAR Systems Group.

The holding of Stefan Skarin thereafter amounts to 100,000 shares of series A and 331,000 shares of series B, corresponding to approximately  3.7 per cent of the capital and 10.6 per cent of the votes in IAR Systems Group.

IAR Systems Group AB was previously called Intoi AB. The company got its current name in May 2011, following its strategy to focus on IAR Systems, distribute Deltaco to its shareholders and divest Northern.
