Account Executive

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and solution-based selling? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can own the full sales cycle and make a real impact? We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships across France, Benelux, and Southwest Europe.

About the Role

As part of our EMEA sales team, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from pipeline development and lead qualification to negotiation and close—while fostering long-term customer relationships. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Field Application Engineers (FAEs), and Customer Success teams, you will help customers overcome complex technical challenges by demonstrating the value of our embedded software solutions.

You will work on transactional sales to strategic account development identifying key decision-makers and navigating the shift from perpetual licenses to a subscription-based model. This role is integral to our go-to-market strategy in the EMEA region, where your strategic thinking, sales acumen, and technical curiosity will shape the future of embedded development.

You’ll report directly to the Sales Director for the region and work out of our Paris office, with regular travel across your territory.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven ability to navigate complex buying processes and communicate value across technical and non-technical stakeholders. You combine strategic focus with hands-on execution and thrive in driving new business in dynamic markets.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, embedded systems, or related technology fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a complex sales environment.
  • Solid experience with solution-selling or value-based selling.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize strategically.
  • A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems or IoT is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for client meetings and events.
