IAR Systems has submitted a claim against the former CEO of the U.S. subsidiary because of financial irregularities. The former CEO of the U.S subsidiary is also the subject of a criminal investigation in the United States.

IAR Systems will receive insurance compensation of SEK 6 million, which after deduction of the expenses for IAR Systems will result in a net positive impact on earnings for the third quarter of 2013 of approximately SEK 4 million.
