Operational Manager, Taipei, Taiwan

About the role
We are looking for the person who can make our team more efficient and productive with professional back-office management. Currently, there are one account manager, one engineer and one marketing on the team. You will be the 4th person responsible not only for task execution as a team player, but also management of business administration including customer care duties as the 4th pillar to help us grow further.
This position will be responsible for providing excellent Business Operations, Customer Care, Finance and General Administration that includes, but is not limited to, the following functional activities:
- Business administration for Customer Care, Finance, Logistics and HR
- Own the entire after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Account Manager to strengthen sales cycle
- Support local & regional customer/distributor on payments and logistics
- Handle incoming orders with Salesforce CRM system, and delivery in time
- On time billing to customer after delivery / service completion
- Check cash collection after billing to ensure there’s no overdue
- Liaison for processing performance bonds, warranty bonds, L/Cs, etc.
- Documentation for shipment and provide logistical support
- Coordinate local HR tasks incl. admin. on boarding, off boarding
- Office management
- Provide logical feedback continuously to regional & global headquarters to improve office efficiency
- Maintain office assets and general administration of the office
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you are an experienced marketing. The following are the requirements for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in office administration manager
- 7+ years of experiences in similar role with maturity of judgment and discretion.
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- Possess good verbal / written skills to be able to deal with people from diverse backgrounds both face to face and on the telephone
- Experience in cross-functional project management
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work to tight deadlines or under pressure
- Ability to prioritize requests and to balance demands from the local team
- Display initiative and problem solving ability
- PDCA cycle management
