Siemens EDA, formerly Mentor Graphics, is one of our global partners for AUTOSAR solutions. We work tighly together in specific automotive OEM customer projects.
Mentor Graphics, now part of Siemens EDA division, has supported automotive embedded software since from 1990’s. Their product AUTOSAR BSW (Basic Software) (VSTAR) is a major product. Mentor solutions covers the entire software architecture of RTOS, Linux and AUTOSAR.
Mentor and IAR Systems work tightly together for specific OEM-Tier1 project, also involving the MCU vendor. IAR Embedded Workbench is being used by all parties to ensure efficiency and quality.
