You will be part of a global organization, the IAR Academy and the Technical Support Team in Uppsala. IAR Academy and Technical Support are important links between IAR Systems and our customers. We are doing everything we can to make sure that our customers receive professional training and support when they use our development tools and services.
The role is comprised of several focus areas while most of the time will be spent on IAR Academy training and Technical Support customer communication.
The IAR Academy trainer is the face of IAR for customers in our training sessions. The trainer is presenting technical training material to a paying audience in a classroom setting. In addition to the training responsibilities, the following activities are part of the IAR Academy commitment:
The trainer will work in the Technical Support Team when no training-related activities are scheduled. The following list describes Technical Support commitments:
To be successful in this role we believe you are passionate about embedded systems and you have strong communications skills. You are a team player, yet self-motivated in your work. Having a solution oriented approach and being curious about new fields will be considerable assets for you. You are proactive and service-minded in your work and delivering superior customer value is a top priority for you.
You will need working proficiency in both Swedish and English.
